Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2024, U/S 87, 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station Shamshabad, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 10.8.2021 at about 10.00 am, the applicant is stated to have tried to entice away the victim from her house to Fatehabad, whereby on her raising of alarm, he is stated to have panicked, as such, the victim managed to save herself. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
