This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Jubair Alias Khanna, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 693 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 118(1), 131 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station- Bannadevi, District- Aligarh.
