Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2024, under Sections- 376(3) I.P.C., and Section 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Bhanwarkol, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per the prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the victim on adoption and had committed rape with her on 8.2.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about seven months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim by her looks seems to be maj
