Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 14.12.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0312 of 2024, under Sections- 351(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station- Thana Bhawan, District- Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about 04 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim seems to be a consenting party as is but evident from the fact that she has stated that she had disrobed by the applicant
