Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.159 of 2017, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Pipari, District- Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant was granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.6.2018 and he had cooperated during trial.
