Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ramendra Pal singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of this bail application, applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 137 of 2024, under Section 8/20 N.D.P.S Act, Police Station- Biharigarh, District Saharanpur during pendency of trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that F.I.R. has been lodged against the applicant. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case by the police. As per the prosecution case while police person were on patrolling duty they saw the accused and on suspicion when they have stopped the applicant, he is having 150 gram charas. All the witnesses are police person and prosecution has failed to produce the independent witness. Provisions enumerated in the N.D.P.S. Act for search and seizure have not been followed. Provision of Section 50 N.D.P.S. Act has not
