Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 76 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Rasulabad, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant who happens to be an Urdu teacher, is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 09.03.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 6. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 7. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation
