The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 94 of 2024, under Sections 302, 504 IPC, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Moradabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 03.02.2024 against applicant and according to FIR, husband of the informant used to commit offences and he started living at the railway platform where he developed relationship with the applicant and on 01.02.2024, applicant committed his murder.
