The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.240 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Sector-126, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that there are five cases shown in the gang chart against applicants, in which cases, they are already on bail, the bail orders. It is also submitted that other criminal history of the applicants has been explained in paragraph 8 of the affidavit.
