As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the husband of the informant along with him on 05.05.2024 at about 6:30 p.m and the deceased person is stated to have informed the informant subsequently that he is with the applicant only and subsequently, dead body of the husband of the informant was retrieved the same day from building material shop in the morning of 06.05.2024. 5.
