This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Samrej seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 276 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent.
