Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.275 of 2024, under Sections 376, 328, 342, 366 I.P.C., Police Station- Trans Yamuna, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S., whereby she has stated that the applicant had spiked her sweets and rendered her unconscious and taken her all the way to Jamnagar, Gujarat. The said allegations are false. The victim by her looks seems to be major and as per the ossification test report as well as her own statement, she is stated to be 19 ye
