This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vipin Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2023, under Sections-420, 120-B I.P.C. and Section 4/6/10 of U.P. Sarvajanik Pariksha Adhiniyam 1998/ U.P. Public Examination (prevention of unfair means) Act, 1998, Police Station-Nagra, District-Ballia. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 03.12.2024.
