Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.107 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 61(2), 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Sikhera, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S., whereby she has stated that despite refusal by the applicant she had forced him to go with her and corporeal relationship, if any, was established with her consent. The victim by her looks seems to be major,
