The applicant is stated to have raped the victim by spiking her drink on 16.4.2024. Subsequently, the applicant and his family members are stated to have got the victim to sign on certain documents and got her marriage registered in the civil court on 2.5.2024 and the applicant is stated to have again sexually assaulted her the same day.
