The applicant is in jail since 03.09.2023. The first and the second bail applications of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 19.04.2024 and 05.11.2024 respectively. The following arguments made by Shri Rajesh Sharma, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1.
