By means of this application, the applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.246 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 34, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Sirsaganj, District- Firozabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that as per FIR, two accused persons have assaulted the deceased with firearm but as per post-mortem report, there is only one firearm injury and who is the author of the said injury is not clear. He submits that role of catching hold assigned to co-accused Shree Dayal Yadav and and main role of causing injury by Favda to the deceased, have been assigned
