The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 403 of 2024, under Section 8.20,29,37 and 60 N.D.P.S. Act, registered at Police Station -Tundla, District -Firozabad. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged by the Inspector-in charge against the applicant and one Banti Chaudhari stating that on the basis of information received from a Mukhbir, a truck was intercepted which was being driven by co-accused Banti Chaudhari and the applicant was present in the truck as his helper. 34 packets were recovered from the truck, each of which contained various quantities of Ganja totalling 174.012 kg.
