This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Saleem, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 173 of 2024, under Sections 327 (1) of B.N.S. and Section 150 Railway Act, Police Station Kayamganj, District Farrukhabad. In the prosecution case, it is alleged that loco pilot of train no.05389 has informed that on 23.08.2024 between kilometer- 160/17-18, Kayamganj-Shamshabad, due to obstructions on the railway line, the train has met an accident. After going on the spot, it was found that there was marks of accident on the slipper.
