The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 669 of 2024, under Section 8/20/29/37 N.D.P.S. Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged by a Sub Inspector of Police against four persons including the applicant alleging that the applicant and co-accused Kasim were intercepted on the basis of information received from a Mukhbir while Kasim was carrying a bag from which 4.57 kg.
