The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of the UP Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of UP Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 109 of B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Hathgaon, District-Fatehpur. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged by SHO of the police station against the applicant and one Iliyas stating that on the basis of information received from a Mukhbir, the applicant along with co-accused were arrested while they were about to slaughter a cow progeny.
