By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Session Trial No. 277 of 2024, Case Crime No. 297 of 2023 at Police Station Bharthana, District Etawah under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302/34, IPC. The applicant is in jail since 23.10.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 11.06.2024. The applicant has been identified as the principal offender who has been attributed the role of discharging his fire arm and shot dead the deceased. There are eye witnesses to the incident. The offence is grave. There is likelihood that the applicant had committed the offence. At this stage, no case for bail is made out. Without going into th
