The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.471 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/27(a) for N.D.P.S. Act registered at Police Station Jaint, District- Mathura. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of F.I.R. lodged by a Senior Sub-Inspector of Police on 30.10.2024 against 8 persons, including the applicant, stating that on the basis of information received from a Mukhbir, two cars were intercepted which were parked in a cremation ground. Three persons were sitting in one car and five were sitting in the other car. The applicant is said to be sitting in one of the cars. 4. A total of 31 packets kept in separate bags, each having different weights, were recovered from the two vehicles. The 34 packets carried a total of 55.846 Kg Gan
