Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ramendra Pal Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Raja alias Hany alias Aabhimanyu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 51 of 2022, under Section 3(1) Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Chaubia, District Etawah, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 3, criminal history of six cases have been shown and in all the cases he is on bail. Except these cases there are criminal history of 25 cases have been shown against the applicant
