Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0434 of 2024, under Sections 332(c), 64(1), 351(2) of BNS, Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and had committed rape with her daughter by pointing a knife at her and had even cut cord of her trouser by it. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
