No. 186 of 2024, U/S 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Hathinala, District Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 4. The instant complaint case was instituted after an application moved by the informant u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. and the applicant has been summoned vide order dated 1.3.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
