Sheetal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 768 of 2024, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 of ITP Act, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 12.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no independent witness was associated at the time of raid. Nothing was recovered from the personal search of the applicant.
