This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vipin @ Ranjeet @ Dattu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2023, under Sections 307, 411, 414 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Bahadurgarh, District Hapur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.07.2023. He has criminal of eight other cases which have satisfactorily been explained in paragraph 17 to the affidavit and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of justice or tampering with evidence in case of release on bail.
