Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 169 of 2022, under Sections 376(Ka)(Kha) I.P.C. and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Uldan, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 3. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the minor daughter of the informant aged about seven years to an abandoned house behind the house of the informant on 17.11.2022 at about 4 p.m. and subsequently molested her. The applicant was seen coming out of that dilapidated house followed by the victim who narrated the incident to the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delaye
