The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Fahim with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0616 of 2024, under Secti0n 8/21 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Katghar, District-Moradabad. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is languishing in jail since 20.10.2024. First Infomration Report has been loged on 20.10.2024 with the allegation that the applicant was apprehended with 100 ml of Buprenorphine. Learned counel for the applicant submits that the alleged substance recorded from the applicant i.e. Buprenorphine is a medicine and is used as a pain
