This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Arvind Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 105 of 2024, under Sections 3, 5A, 5B, 8 of the Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station Eliya, District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. According to the FIR, during the course of patrolling duty, the Police caught 8 cows from a vehicle bearing Registration No. UP-65 KT 4806, which were being transported to Bihar for the purpose of slaughtering.
