This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 704 of 2023 under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C. Police Station Bisauli, District Budaun. The first Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12848 of 2024 has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2024.. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that by the efflux of time, trial began and during the trial, the statement of P.W.1-informant as well as P.W. 4 eye witnesses were recorded and they have been declared hostile, whereas P.W.2 also not supported the prosecution story copy of their statements are annexed as Annexure-13, 14 to the affidavi
