The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 491 of 2024, under Sections 74, 351(2) Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita, 2023 and 9(M), 10 POCSO Act, Police Station Kisni, District Mainpuri. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 11.11.2024 at 15:54 hours alleging that the informant's ten years old daughter had gone to the applicant's shop at about 11:00 hours on he same day. By giving allurement of a chocolate to her, the applicant took her inside the shop and did obscene activities with her.
