This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Kawal @ Boby, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 211 of 2024, under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3/25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the FIR has been lodged with some delay of which no satisfactory explanation has been given. He submits that he accused-applicant was not present on the spot but due to ulterior motive the accused-applicant has been roped in a false
