Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 419 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n) I.P.C. and Section 5L/6 of POCSO Act , Police Station Sahjanwa, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. She has expressed her willingness to live with the applicant.
