This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ganga Ram, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 155 of 2021, under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/7 of Essential Commodity Act, Police Station Akbarpur , District Kanpur Dehat . Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.11.2024.
