The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 177 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Amanpur, District Kasganj during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and according to the FIR applicant on 14.07.2024 committed the murder of his uncle. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged by the Bua of the applicant and admittedly no one could witness the real incident including informant of the case. He further submits, it appears merely due to the suspicion, FIR of the present case has been lodged against the applicant. 5.
