Heard Shri Lavkush Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rajesh Kumar, learned AGA for the State-opposite party and perused the record. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Abhishek @ Golu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 252 of 2024, under Sections 317(2), 317(4), 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Friends Colony, District Etawah. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 4.10.2024. He has criminal antecedent of two cases and he is on bail in both cases. There is no likelihood of hi
