Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2023, under Sections 363, 506, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 5(J)(2), 5L, 6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Khanpur, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 13 years between 28.09.20263 to 30.09.2023. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 6.
