Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 132 of 2024, U/S 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 10.5.2022. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is major and is a relative of the applicant. 6. It is stated that FIR is delayed by more than three months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. No time of offence is mentioned in the FIR. 7.
