The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.471 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/27(a) for N.D.P.S. Act registered at Police Station Jaint, District- Mathura. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of F.I.R. lodged by a Senior Sub-Inspector of Police on 30.10.2024 against 8 persons, including the applicant, stating that on the basis of information received from a Mukhbir, two cars were intercepted which were parked in a cremation ground. Three persons were sitting in one car and five were sitting in the other car. The applicant is said to be sitting in the driving seat in one of the cars. 4.
