This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohammad Mohsin, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2024, under Sections 354-Kha, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and 9(M)/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station Trans Yamuna, District Agra. 3.
