The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.430 of 2024, under Sections 8/20/25/29/60(3) N.D.P.S. Act registered at Police Station- Karhal, District- Mainpuri. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of F.I.R. lodged on 15.11.2024 at 13:48 hours by a Sub-Inspector of Police against three persons, including the applicant, stating that on the basis of information received from a Mukhbir, a Canter vehicle was intercepted and the accused persons confessed that Ganja was loaded in the vehicle.
