This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Jabar Singh Alias Vijay, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 292 of 2024, under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.07.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Suraj Milak and Ravi Chaudhary have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 20.01.2025 and 15.01.2025 in Criminal Misc
