Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.137 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station Etwa, District Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted against unknown persons regarding the missing daughter of the informant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up in the statement of the victim recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. She is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she had taken Rs.50,000/- and clothes alongwith ornaments from her house.
