This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shuaib, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 337 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Kithore, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 24.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not arrested from the spot and the similarly circumstanced co-accused Bhoore has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 17.12.2024 in Criminal Misc.
