Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Manoj Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by accused-applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No.31 of 2024, under Sections 121(1), 132, 352, 351(2), 309(4), 324(4), 317 (2) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Devrahat, District- Kanpur Dehat. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has criminal history of one case which is explained in paragraph No. 20 of the bail application. He further submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Ram Prakash and Deepak, have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2024 and 29.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 43281 of 2024, 41938 of 2024. There
