This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Naushad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 120 of 2024, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Ratanpuri, District Muazaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.10.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Sabir, Gulbahar, Smt. Nasreen have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 19.12.2024, 06.11.2024, 22.11.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 42810 of 2024; 38671 of 2024; 38135 of 2024. There is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of just
