This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Nadeem, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 471 of 2024 , under Sections 305, 317 (2) of B.N.S., Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.9.2024. Applicant was not apprehended from the spot.
