Heard Sri Pankaj Bharti, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Viresh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Abhishek Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 168 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Kandhala, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 14 years on 27.05.2024 at about 11:30 pm. The victim is stated to have taken cash and certain ornaments from the house along with her. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
